The Vivitek DW771USTie is an interactive ultra short throw projector built for classrooms and meeting spaces where the distance between the projector and the screen is limited. Its 0.35:1 throw ratio lens projects a large, clear image up to 100 inches from just centimetres away, keeping the space in front of the screen free of shadows and glare so teachers and presenters can move and interact naturally.
With 3,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution, and a 14,000:1 (Full On/Off) contrast ratio, the DW771USTie delivers sharp, bright images even in rooms with ambient light. Dual HDMI 2.0 inputs accept native 4K signals, so the projector can pass through detailed, vivid 4K video content even though its own native display resolution is WXGA.
The UHP lamp light source is rated for up to 5,000 hours in Normal mode, 8,000 hours in Eco mode, and 12,000 hours in Long Eco mode, reducing lamp replacement frequency and running costs. Built-in interactivity comes standard, with two interactive pens included for multi-user, in-class collaboration, and an optional 10-point Finger Touch module (DT-03) available to add finger-touch interactivity later.
Connectivity includes dual HDMI 2.0, D-Sub in/out, RS-232, USB, a 10W built-in speaker, and Crestron® RoomView™ support for remote network monitoring and scheduling across multiple units. The DW771USTie weighs 5kg and measures 287.7 x 374.5 x 122.6mm, making it practical to ceiling-mount above a whiteboard in a typical classroom.
