We do our best to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate and up to date, based on the information available to us at the time each listing is published. Manufacturers may revise specifications, features, or packaging after a product is listed, and they’re not obliged to notify us when they do — so there can occasionally be a gap between what’s shown on our site and the manufacturer’s current information. If a product’s exact specifications matter to your decision, we’d encourage you to check with us or refer to the manufacturer’s own website or datasheet for the latest details before ordering. Occasionally a pricing or listing error may also slip through — if we find a mistake on your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding, and you’re free to cancel with a full refund if you don’t wish to continue.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm and process it. Payment is required at checkout through our supported payment methods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors — in which case you’ll receive a full refund for that order.
Delivery
We deliver islandwide across Singapore. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and aren’t guaranteed — delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or stock availability. We’ll keep you updated if your delivery is delayed.

Manufacturer warranty
Products sold on this site are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s own warranty terms, not by a separate warranty from VonexHub. Where a product develops a fault covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, VonexHub will help facilitate the claim with the relevant manufacturer or their authorised distributor/service centre, in line with that manufacturer’s warranty conditions. VonexHub does not independently guarantee outcomes beyond what the manufacturer’s own warranty provides.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, logos, images, and design — belongs to VonexHub or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
We provide this website and our products on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VonexHub’s liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of a product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
