A screen must not be compared to just any simple white surface. The quality of the image that is reflected by the screen does not depend on the projector alone. The screen surface plays a part too. It is very important that you can view the image from a very wide angle without any loss of brightness or sharpness. It is also best to ensure that the brightness of the image is uniform from corner to corner and center to corners. The flatness of the screen, the reliability of the motors and the electronic controls are just as crucial.
Apart from the physical properties of the screen, it is important to have a good and reliable after sales support.
